In halves

She knew everything,
Like a hidden flower amongst the greens,
She has always been there, not fully,
but somewhat there.

She liked it,
Being invisible but still acknowledged,
She took great pride in it, not fully,
but somewhat there.

They knew her,
Like the beautiful passing sun and moon,
They loved and cared for her, not fully,
but somewhat there.

They liked her,
Being sensible but still dramatic,
They celebrated her, not fully,
but somewhat there.

Not fully,
but always somewhat there.
